Setup & Programming Support

Support to build, configure, and fine-tune adaptive gaming equipment. This session focuses on mounting, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure the setup works comfortably and effectively in real gameplay. Charged Hourly.

$60 Per Hour - Service May Include:

  • Controller setup and configuration

  • Programming and remapping inputs

  • Positioning and access adjustments

  • Testing and fine-tuning during gameplay

  • Troubleshooting setup-related issues

Setup & Programming Support is designed to help configure and optimize adaptive gaming equipment.

It does not include:

  • ❌ Purchasing equipment on the client’s behalf

  • ❌ Hardware repair or electrical work

  • ❌ Full game coaching, competitive training, or gameplay strategies

  • ❌ Ongoing or unlimited tech support outside of scheduled sessions

  • ❌ Medical advice, therapy, or clinical treatment

  • ❌ Insurance authorization, letters of medical necessity, or funding applications
